The renovation of the historic Goldblatt Building into DePaul Center was completed through a close collaboration between the City of Chicago and DePaul University.

The new Academic Center will be the center of activity for the CTU Campus. The building will contain expanded classroom space, a large library containing a state of the art computer lab, expanded quiet room facilities, new dining room and kitchen, covered parking garage, and staff/faculty offices.

Institutional Project Management has joined with U.S. Equities and Solomon Cordwell Buenz to provide strategic real estate advisory services and conceptual planning to Moody Bible Institute.

The objective of this project was to provide alternative expansion options for Meadville, including expansion of their existing site and possible development of a new site.
